Am I being really dim and missing something obvious? The efficiency monitor in my newly delivered ID.7 Tourer just stays blank the whole time on the dash and the HUD: --- mi/kWh, whether in instant, since start, since charging or lifetime.
Tried toggling between the other measurements, looked in every sub menu I can think of, but it just won't register anything, which is a pain (and pretty important in EVs) when you're trying to understand what is the most efficient way of driving. I've driven hundreds, probably thousands, of cars in my life and it's never, ever been a thing I've encountered before. Tried calling the dealer. Guess how successful that's been...
