Evening all, I've had the car now since the end of July and have noticed a few "gremlins" Just wondering if anyone else has experienced the same issue

1) passenger side wing mirror constantly requires resetting regardless of what position you leave the adjusting switch (on drivers door) it does occasionally lower when reversing but not often)
2) parked up yesterday waiting for my daughter. Raining very heavily. Air cooling/heating kept switching itself on over20 times. I had to manually switch it off on each occassion. Ignition was off but I was sat in the drivers seat. 2nd time this has happened during heavy rain.
3) the sat nav shows everything, takeaways, restaurants, places of interest. If there is a traffic jam a voice will inform you of delays. The sat nav does not indicate speed cameras of any kind. Is this correct?
4) I keep getting a draught through the bulkhead, about knee height. Mainly when excellerating or cornering. Only slight but very annoying. I was getting a draft coming through the vehicle when passing large hgv type vehicles on the motorway but bizarrely this has stopped!!!
Car is booked in with VW next week but just wondered am I being over the top or has anyone else experienced similar?
Thanks

I have quite an annoying rattle coming from somewhere in front of the steering wheel.

With the cold air have you turned off the vents? I noticed the climate behaves slightly different to other cars I’ve had. The dash/face vents pump out cold air no matter what I set the temp to on auto. Now I’ve manually turned them off it’s much better on these cooler days.

It won’t help you but I also have the random passenger mirror setting/failure to dip when reversing.
Mine also used to be to automatically reverse park onto my drive but it has since forgotten how to do this.

Just had a phone call from VW Trafford, Manchester. They've told me the air/heating system switching itself on randomly is normal and nothing to worry about and is normal in the ID range. I'm not convinced but have nothing to dispute what they've said
Wing mirror issue was a setting issue
Still getting a very slight draught around knee area but I'll just live with it

Just a question regarding the wing mirror, how did you set it to remain on for the lowering whilst reversing option - if that is what you meant.
