Unlock vehicle when approaching

I do not have the option to automatically unlock my ID.7 as I approach it (whereas I did on my ID.3).

I've asked the dealer and they are stumped, as its not an option on their test model either.

Does anyone have this or is it just not available in the ID.7 ?

Also, does anyone know if there is a way of locking or unlocking the ID.7 remotely/via the app?

Mine will unlock as I open the door, based on key being in my pocket. Was a setting I needed to switch on in the car.

Was also surprised by this, but the setting mentioned above works well. To lock you just need to put your hand against the door handle sensor.

Having trouble with hands free door unlocking seems to only work intermittent. Anyone else had this problem ? Going to call back to the dealer on Monday, also wondered if the tailgate should open when you wave your foot under the rear bumper? as it doesn't seem to work.
