Is that engaged? If so that’s your answer.

I’m not sure reaching out to my dealer is worth a shot after the dismal handover of my car. I had to teach myself how to access all its functions. Luckily I was moving from an ID.3, so I wasn’t a total newbie.

I’ll need to have a look. I’ve only been using Apple Maps and not noticed what you described.

Are you using the inbuilt nav or apple / google maps etc?
